本サイトは、高知県津野町の観光PRを目的としてAR（拡張現実）コンテンツを提供しています。

This website provides AR (Augmented Reality) content for the purpose of promoting tourism in Tsuno Town, Kochi Prefecture.

2. データの取扱い / Data Handling

本サービスでは、ユーザー名およびスタンプラリーの進捗データをユーザーのブラウザ（Local Storage）に保存します。これらのデータは個人の端末内にのみ保持され、当町がサーバー等で収集・管理することはありません。

This service saves the username and stamp rally progress data in the user's browser (Local Storage). This data is kept only within the individual's device, and the town does not collect or manage it on any server.

3. 遵守事項 / Compliance

• ARコンテンツに熱中するあまり、周囲への注意を疎かにしないよう十分ご注意ください。
• 「歩きスマホ」は大変危険ですので禁止します。必ず安全な場所で立ち止まって操作してください。
• 私有地や立ち入り禁止区域、危険な場所には絶対に立ち入らないでください。

Please be careful not to neglect your surroundings while enjoying AR content. "Walking while using a smartphone" is strictly prohibited. Please stop in a safe place to operate. Never enter private property, restricted areas, or dangerous locations.

4. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本サービスの使用に関連して発生した以下の事項について、当町は一切の責任を負いません。すべてユーザーの自己責任においてご利用ください。

• 端末の故障、不具合、またはデータの消失。
• 本サービス利用に伴う通信費用の発生。
• 利用中に発生した事故や第三者とのトラブル。
